All orders placed will receive an order confirmation Number. This is your e-receipt number - keep this number handy for delivery confirmation or enquiries.
We strive to provide the best possible delivery service to you the customer, most deliveries can be despatched within 72 hours. However depending on your location and or stock levels please allow seven to ten working days for your order to be delivered.
If your order is urgent please make note in your delivery instructions or send us an email directly. We will make every effort to get your delivery to you on time!
DeliveryWe use Australia Post Eparcel for domestic deliveries. Once an shipment is despatched the customer will be emailed a tracking number that can be used to track their shipment via the Australia Post website.
Insurance is available for deliveries at an extra cost and included as an 'opt out' for all orders. The insurance covers for any loss or breakage that may occur prior to the safe delivery of the shipment defined by the time of receipt of signature of recipient as specified by the tracking page via the Australia Post website. If the customer has asked for the shipment to be left without a signature the insurance cover ceases at the time of delivery as noted on the eparcel tracking for the shipment via the Australia Post website.
Pricing, presentation and availability
We will endeavour to keep stock items, descriptions and prices up to date. However due to the dynamic nature of the industry all items on the site are offered subject to availability at the time of order. Images and descriptions are indictive and cannot be guaranteed to be identical to the currently available product. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without prior warning. Wherever possible you will be notified of any variations before your order is finalised.
Cancellation of orders.
Orders canncelled more than 24 hours after placement will incur a 20% restocking fee.
