All orders placed will receive an order confirmation Number. This is your e-receipt number - keep this number handy for delivery confirmation or enquiries.
We strive to provide the best possible delivery service to you the customer, most deliveries can be despatched within 72 hours. However depending on your location and or stock levels please allow seven to ten working days for your order to be delivered.
If your order is urgent please make note in your delivery instructions or send us an email directly. We will make every effort to get your deivery to you on time!,
Insurance is available for deliveries at an extra cost, please advise at time of ordering if this is required.
Cancellation of orders.
Orders canncelled more than 24 hours after placement will incur a 20% restocking fee.
